Forested India Expeditions Private Limited ("Forested India", "we", "us") runs wildlife expeditions, the Jungle School programme and conservation work from our Biodiversity Farm near Kudremukh National Park. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or travel with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.
1. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and run your trip safely.

- Booking details once you book, such as the names and ages of travellers, emergency contact, dietary needs, relevant health or fitness information you choose to share for your safety, and ID details where a forest department, park authority or accommodation requires them.
- Payment records such as the amount paid and transaction reference. Card and bank details are handled by your bank or payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
- Photos and videos taken during our programmes. See section 6.
2. How we use your information

We may take photos and videos during expeditions and Jungle School programmes and share some on our website and social media. We ask before featuring anyone in a way that identifies them, and we will remove any image of you on request.
